Was Sun Tzu a Project Manager?
A lot of advice has been attributed to Sun Tzu's Art of War!! - I think a lot of it is relevant to project management and risk management. However s
ome people think there was no such person as Sun Tzu, well I happen to think there was, - anyway whoever wrote the Art of War has included a lot of advice that I think is just right for Project Management and Project Risk Management. Here is an example:-
"By taking into account the favourable factors, he (the project manager) makes his plan feasible; by taking into account the unfavourable he may resolve the difficulties"
Not sure if this is the project plan or the risk plan - any suggestions out there ?
